How Many Have Died From Covid Vaccine

People Havent Died Of The Covid

VERIFY: Who has died from getting a COVID vaccine

There are eight vaccine deaths per day.

Our verdict

Since we started vaccinating people in the UK, about eight people a day or 1,102 overall have died a short while after getting the vaccine. These are not vaccine deaths and the number is in line with how many we would expect from other causes in that time period.

What was claimed

There were five deaths within 28 days of a positive Covid-19 test in the UK.

Our verdict

Thats correct for at least one day in early May.

What was claimed

There are now more deaths from the Covid-19 vaccine per day than there are with Covid-19 within 28 days of a positive test.

Our verdict

This is incorrect. The vaccine has not caused any deaths per day. That is how many people have died after a vaccine.

A number of postson and have claimed that the Covid-19 vaccine is causing more deaths per day than Covid-19 in the UK.

The image falsely claims that there have been 1,102 vaccine deaths. That figure actually relates to how many people died following a Covid-19 vaccine, not necessarily because of it. Considering that 36 million people have had their first dose, thats how many we would have expected to die from other causes in that time. There is no proof that those deaths were caused by the vaccine.

Gamble Your Life Or Lose Your Freedom

While the data show there are clear risks, Americans are urged, cajoled, shamed and threatened into getting the shot in any number of ways. President Biden recently warned that people who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can still die every day from the infection, adding This is your choice: Its life and death.

Carlson accurately points out that while unvaccinated people can indeed die of COVID-19, not everyone is at equal risk of complications and death. Old and chronically ill individuals are at greatest risk, while young and/or healthy individuals have a very low risk, and those who have had COVID-19 and recovered are immune.

For those who are young and/or healthy and/or immune, risking death or injury from the vaccine doesnt make much sense. I would argue it makes no sense whatsoever, as there are also several proven-effective treatments, both early at-home treatments and in-hospital treatments. So, theres no need to risk your health and life by taking COVID gene therapy.

As noted by Carlson, the young, healthy and already immune can add up to hundreds of millions of people in the U.S., yet policy makers are not even acknowledging that these categories of people exist, he says.

Theyre pretending that everyones risk is the same and, therefore, everyone must get vaccinated, or at bare minimum, they want 70% of the American adult population vaccinated by July 4, 2021.

Scary Reports Of Deaths Following Covid

You might have seen the headlines on social media.

COVID-19 Vaccine-Related Fatalities Exceed 6,000.

6,000% Increase in Reported Vaccine Deaths 1st Quarter 2021 Compared to 1st Quarter 2020.

No matter your vaccination status or your feelings about getting the shot, those headlines likely give you pause. Can those numbers be right?

These and similar shocking claims are the latest examples of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation. And as with most misinformation, these statements get traction because they start with a kernel of truth in this case raw data from a reputable source.

There Have Not Been 1102 Vaccine Deaths

This is the number of people who had died shortly after vaccination up to 28 April 2021. The Medicines Healthcare products and Regulations Authority says that the majority of these reports were in much older people or people with underlying illness. As weve said, these deaths are not necessarily linked to the vaccine. Because so many people are being vaccinated, and they are being monitored so closely afterwards, by chance some people will report new illnesses, or will die in the days or weeks after they are vaccinated.

The MHRA says: A high proportion of people vaccinated early in the vaccination campaign were very elderly, and/or had pre-existing medical conditions. Older age and chronic underlying illnesses make it more likely that coincidental adverse events will occur, especially given the millions of people vaccinated.

It is therefore important that we carefully review these reports to distinguish possible side effects from illness that would have occurred irrespective of vaccination.

That said, its thought that there may be a possible link between some fatal cases of extremely rare blood clots along with low platelets that have been seen in people getting the AstraZeneca vaccine. This is why people under 40 are being advised to get an alternative.

If you divide 1,102 by the number of days since people first started to get vaccinated, on 8 December, it works out as about eight per day.

This by no means indicates that the vaccine caused these deaths.

Youre More Likely To Die From Being Struck By Lightning Than A Covid

Moderna expects European approval for COVID

Scientists investigate and pore through every individual report of death to verify the true cause.

To date, the CDC has verified nine deaths causally associated with the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. These deaths are attributed to thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome , which causes blood clots in large blood vessels and low platelets.

So what I tell my patients is that youre more likely to die from being struck by lightning than you are to die from an adverse reaction to this vaccine, Morris said.

According to the National Weather Service, 17 people died by lightning strikes in the United States in 2020.

Because of the nine deaths associated with the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine, the CDC recommended in December 2021 that Americans choose the mRNA vaccines over Johnson & Johnson.

As of January 6, 2022, the CDC and FDA have identified 57 confirmed reports of people who received the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine and later developed TTS.

More than 17.7 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine have been administered in the United States.

This is exceedingly rare, and I would still say that there is benefit to that vaccine, but with our supply in the United States, in particular being what it is, there are safer options, Morris said.

What Does Future Hold

Public health officials warn that while most of Canada’s provinces are seeing cases and deaths fall, it may be too early to relax all the country’s Covid-induced public health measures.

“We’re not out of the woods, but we’re improving,” Dr Vinh said. “The problem with improving is that if you do too much, too soon, you may exacerbate the condition.

“It’s like recovering from a broken leg. You need to learn how to sit, stand and walk before you run and sprint.”

Dr Vinh said that a “strategic and staggered process with a constant surveillance of metrics” may be necessary to give provincial and federal mandates the flexibility to respond to changes in the pandemic.

“People do get fed up and want to will it away,” Professor Upshur said. “But you can’t will it away – or honk it away”.

How We Conducted This Study

To evaluate the impact of the vaccination program in the United States, the researchers expanded their age-stratified, agent-based model of COVID-19 to include waning of naturally acquired or vaccine- elicited immunity, as well as booster vaccination.6,7 For the timelines of this study, the characteristics of three variants were included in the model, each with cumulative prevalence of at least 3 percent in the U.S., including B.1.526 , B.1.1.7 , and B.1.617.2 in addition to the original Wuhan-I SARS-CoV-2 strain.

The model parameters included the population demographics of the U.S., an empirically determined contact network accounting for pandemic mobility patterns, and age-specific risks of severe health outcomes due to COVID-19. The model incorporated data on daily vaccine doses administered in the U.S.8 The minimum age eligibility for vaccination was 16 years before May 13, 2021, after which children 12 to 15 became eligible for vaccination. Vaccination of children ages 5 to 11 with Pfizer-BioNTech started on November 2, 2021.

Vaccine efficacies against infection and symptomatic and severe disease for different vaccine types for each variant and by time since vaccination were drawn from published estimates. The model was calibrated to reported national incidence data between October 1, 2020, and November 30, 2021, and validated with infection, hospitalization, and death trends during the same period.

Fact Check: Have 966 People Died After Receiving The Covid Vaccine

The U.S. COVID vaccine rollout has seen over 90 million people receive at least one dose, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data as of March 7.

Scientists told Newsweek on February 24 that serious side-effects from the vaccine were rare at a time when 65 million doses had been given. Some examples of common reported side-effects include pain at the site of injection and tiredness.

There also have been reports of people dying after receiving a vaccine, based on data from the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System reporting database. VAERS is a U.S.-based early warning system for vaccine side-effects.

Healthcare professionals are required to report certain adverse events that occur after vaccines to the system, but it is not designed to give information on what caused the events, such as deaths.

Do You Know How Many Canadians Have Died From The Covid Vaccine

VERIFY: Has the COVID-19 vaccine killed 3,000 people?
  • Do you know how many Canadians have died from the COVID vaccine?
    • Im going to show you some statistics about how many Canadians have been injured by vaccines. And how many have died from them.

I believe in basic vaccines, tried and true ones, the ones I myself have taken, I suppose.

I am aware that they dont always work. But over time, in some cases, over decades, we know enough. About the risks of the original diseases and about the risks of the vaccines and whether it seems worthwhile to take them.

I know there are risks each way there are risks in life no matter what you do there are risks to doing nothing.

If you want to know whats really a COVID risk, according to the Globe and Mail, and a public inquiry in Quebec, is if youre in a Quebec LTC home where they believe in euthanasia. Just hundreds and hundreds of people killed.

In Canada, the death rate for the virus is currently zero per hundred thousand population.

So thats what you’re balancing any possible risk from a vaccine against. How scared of you of the virus? I put it to you that without the media, you wouldnt be scared at all.

If you dont know anyone at a Quebec nursing home, you probably dont know anyone who died from the virus this past year.

I bet you know someone who has had their life ruined, whether its a business shut down or a school year ruined.

So the vaccines are the other side of that equation.

      Just a thought.

Number Of Deaths From Covid Vaccine Worldwide

Reports to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System are not verified before they’re entered into the database. That makes VAERS fertile ground for vaccine misinformation.

      Poynter May 5, 2021

However, the CDC does state on the same page that recent reports indicate a plausible causal relationship between the J& J/Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine and a rare and serious adverse eventblood clots with low plateletswhich has caused deaths.

The CDCs investigations and tracking systems have as of 4 May detected 23 confirmed instances of Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome among the 8.4 million doses of the J& J/Janssen vaccine administered in the US.

According to the World Health Organizations Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety, the risk of TTS after being administered an AstraZeneca vaccine is roughly 250,000/1 in the UK, and 100,000/1 across the EU.

A CDC report on cases in the US said it had reviewed evidence on 8 US reports of serious cases of unusual blood clots with low levels of blood platelets, one of which had a fatal outcome from a total of seven million people who had received the J& J/Janssen vaccine up to 13 April.

In every case, advisory bodies and experts the world over have been consistent in reiterating the same mantra throughout the global vaccination drive: the benefits of receiving a covid-19 vaccine significantly outweigh the potential risks of doing do.

Why We Need To Compare The Rates Of Death Between Vaccinated And Unvaccinated

During a pandemic, you might see headlines like Half of those who died from the virus were vaccinated.

It would be wrong to draw any conclusions about whether the vaccines are protecting people from the virus based on this headline. The headline is not providing enough information to draw any conclusions.

Lets think through an example to see this.

Imagine we live in a place with a population of 60 people.

Then we learn that of the 10 who died from the virus. And we learn that 50% of them were vaccinated.

The newspaper may run the headline Half of those who died from the virus were vaccinated. But this headline does not tell us anything about whether the vaccine is protecting people or not.

To be able to say anything, we also need to know about those who did not die: how many people in this population were vaccinated? And how many were not vaccinated?

Now we have all the information we need and can calculate the death rates:

      • of 10 unvaccinated people, 5 died the death rate among the unvaccinated is 50%
      • of 50 vaccinated people, 5 died the death rate among the vaccinated is 10%

We therefore see that the death rate among the vaccinated is 5-times lower than among the unvaccinated.

This example was illustrating how to think about these statistics in a hypothetical case. Below, you can find the real data for the situation in the COVID-19 pandemic now.

Cdc Health Care Fraud Detection Whistleblower Says Vaers Wildly Underreports Vaccine Injuries Deaths

At the very least, there are five times more deaths from the jabs than are being reported. In all likelihood, the actual figure is much higher.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System currently logs more than half a million cases of severe side effects from the shots, including stroke, heart failure, blood clots, brain disorders, convulsions, seizures, inflammation of the brain and spinal cord, life-threatening allergic reactions, autoimmune disease, arthritis, miscarriage, infertility, rapid-onset muscle weakness, deafness, blindness, narcolepsy and cataplexy.

That half a million figure was from back in August, by the way. The latest numbers, once they get released, are likely to be much higher. And again, this is only a fraction of the true overall number of incidents that never even make it into VAERS.

A health care fraud detection expert from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently came forward with a sworn testimony about how the VAERS database, while extremely useful, is under-reported by a conservative factor of at least 5.

Part of the problem is that deaths are only attributed to the vaccines if they occur outside of a two-week window. Those that occur within that window are not logged because the CDC does not consider a person vaccinated until 14 days have passed post-injection.

Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported, says Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Inc.

Death Tally May Spike During Fall And Winter

Certain Medical Conditions and Risk for Severe COVID

While the death toll from COVID-19 vaccines is already at a historical level, I fear it may shoot far higher as we move through fall and winter. The reason for this is because one of the greatest risk factors and wild cards of these vaccines is antibodydependent enhancement or paradoxical immune enhancement .

Ive detailed this issue in several articles, including How COVID-19 Vaccine Can Destroy Your Immune System and Will Vaccinated People Be More Vulnerable to Variants? In summary, ADE means that rather than enhance your immunity against the infection, the vaccine actually enhances the virus ability to enter and infect your cells, resulting in more severe disease than had you not been vaccinated.12

The 2003 review paper Antibody-Dependent Enhancement of Virus Infection and Disease explains it this way:13

In general, virus-specific antibodies are considered antiviral and play an important role in the control of virus infections in a number of ways. However, in some instances, the presence of specific antibodies can be beneficial to the virus. This activity is known as antibody-dependent enhancement of virus infection.

The ADE of virus infection is a phenomenon in which virus-specific antibodies enhance the entry of virus, and in some cases the replication of virus, into monocytes/macrophages and granulocytic cells through interaction with Fc and/or complement receptors.

People Are Hiding That Their Unvaccinated Loved Ones Died Of Covid

With the arrival of vaccines, compassion for COVID deaths began to dry up, sometimes replaced by scorn.

After Andreeas mom died of COVID-19 in April, the harassment started. Noxious messages started coming in after she wrote a Facebook post letting friends and family know about her loss.

One person messaged her to say they couldnt believe her mother hadnt protected herself. Andreea has since deleted most of the other messages, but she remembers people saying things like I cant believe your mom was an anti-vaxxer and I cant believe she didnt understand that COVID could kill you. Instead of people saying that they were sorry for my loss, they would question my moms medical choices. It became all about her vaccine status. It was incredibly hurtful, Andreea, a language instructor, who asked to be identified by only her first name in order to prevent further harassment, told me.

It also wasnt true that her mother was an anti-vaxxer. According to Andreea, her mom, who was a nurse, did have initial concerns about the vaccine, but after talking with her doctor, she had scheduled an appointment for her first dose. Unfortunately, she got sick before she could get it, Andreea says.

But that was before the vaccines. Before COVID deaths got caught up in a culture war.
