Kelsea Ballerini Does Epic Job Filling In For Kelly Clarkson On ‘the Voice’
“The Voice” coach Kelly Clarkson was out sick for Monday’s Battle Rounds. Out of an abundance of caution, and abiding by the show’s covid-19 protocols, she was temporarily replaced by Kelsea Ballerini. Ballerini was her team advisor in season 16 and a coach on the show’s short-lived online companion series “The Comeback Stage.”
Viewers thought Ballerini did an epic job filling in for Clarkson, but the other coaches weren’t fans of the two stars conspiring against them when it came to making tough decisions. Ballerini called the sick coach at one point to help her decide which contestant to keep on Team Clarkson.
And while Balerini did a great job as a fill-in coach, she was also a pretty good thief. She managed to steal Avery Roberson right out from under rival coach Blake Shelton.

‘the Voice’: Kelly Clarkson Reveals When She Will Be Back
The Voice 2021 has been one coach down throughout the battle rounds, with Kelsea Ballerini sitting in for the unwell Kelly Clarkson. As the NBC show heads into its next rounds, however, Clarkson has revealed via her social media when she will be back.
While she has been off the show, Clarkson has been following along at home, offering her support for Team Kelly. During the April 12 show, for example, she tweeted: “I got chills watching that at home! I can only imagine how your battle sounded live!”
This latter message seemed to confirm that Ballerini’s time on The Voice was over and that Clarkson would be taking over on the next episode. This was then confirmed by a video Clarkson posted on to tease the appearance of Snoop Dogg as a ‘mega-mentor’ during the knockouts. Clarkson wrote, “Y’all don’t want to miss @SnoopDogg with #TeamKelly next Monday on @NBCTheVoice!! #TheVoice”
In the video, we see Clarkson appear alongside fellow coaches Blake Shelton, John Legend and the departing Nick Jonas, confirming she will be back for the knockouts.
This means that Kelly will be making her return to The Voice on the Monday, April 19 episode of the NBC singing competition.

Does Kelly Clarkson Have Covid
There is no indication that Kelly Clarkson was diagnosed with COVID-19 during Season 20 of The Voice. According to Kelly, she was just feeling under the weather which is unfortunate, but thankfully, not life-threatening.
In November, it was reported that staffers for The Kelly Clarkson Show tested positive for COVID-19 despite following strict protocols but it appears that Kelly was not exposed to the outbreak on set.
Earlier last year, Kelly and her team chose to shut down production in the interest of safety and produced the remainder of the season remotely.
She wrote on Instagram at the time, As you may know, production on The Kelly Clarkson Show was temporarily shut down late last night … out of concern and care for everyones safety … For now, please keep your loved ones close, safe, and healthy.”
During Kellys leave of absence, she is replaced by Kelsea Ballerini, who accepted her new role as team captain with gratitude.

Blac Chyna Accused Of Threatening Detaining Woman In Hotel Room
Police are looking into an incident in which Blac Chyna allegedly threatened a woman and held her “hostage” inside a hotel room.
The Sun said the former “Rob & Chyna” star threw a party inside a room at her Sacramento, Calif., hotel on Nov. 27. During that party, an incident allegedly occurred that resulted in Chyna refusing to let a woman leave the room, the report claims.
Video shows the woman bolting out of the room after Chyna opens the door.
“Everyone was enjoying themselves the drinks were flowing and the energy in the suite was real good,” party attendee Ron Knighton told the British publication. “Suddenly out of nowhere Chyna just yelled at my friend to shut the f*** up”
Chyna, the man alleges, threatened physical violence against him and his female friend.
“The vibe immediately changed so at that point we thought it was best to leave but when I went to walk out she shut the door behind me and kept my friend in the room,” he said.
Ron said he waited in the hallway for 20 minutes while hearing his friend’s pleas to leave the room from the other side of the door.
After the woman rushed out of the room, Chyna could be heard telling them to stay in the hotel hallway.
“We aren’t staying anywhere. We are leaving!” Ron insisted. “You crazy!”
Still, video shows Chyna and members of her entourage following Ron and his friend to the elevators.
Ron continued recording in the elevator as the woman sobbed about how “mean” Rob Kardashian’s ex was.

At Fortis Hospital An Official Says They Recently Received A Phone Call From A Group Of Men Who Were Staying At A City Hotel And Tested Covid Positive
Wedding at home. Stuck in a city hotel after coming for a wedding. No one to take care at home.
Many Covid patients admitted at several hospitals in Kolkata are experiencing mild symptoms and normally could stay in home quarantine, because of social reasons, said doctors and officials of the healthcare facilities.
There are many still who need admission because of falling oxygen saturation or other complications. However, there are several patients who could ideally stay at home and get treated but needed to get admitted as they had reasons which are not related to the illness only, said doctors and officials.
During the second wave of the pandemic, such patients would not have got beds because a lot of people with moderate and severe symptoms were getting admitted. But now, with cases coming down, beds are easily available at all hospitals.
At Peerless Hospital, there are at least 10 Covid patients who have mild symptoms but are still admitted because they have weddings and other social gatherings at home, which could get disrupted if they stayed at home.
These patients would have ideally stayed at home but then the wedding and other social functions would have got disrupted. So, they had requested the doctors to get them admitted, said Sudipta Mitra, the chief executive of Peerless Hospital. The hospital on Saturday had 32 patients admitted.
Now, as almost all facilities have opened up, weddings are being organised across the city.
